ALEMKA DAUSKARDT

Psychotherapist  &  Constellation Practitioner

Alemka is a Psychologist with post graduate degrees in Psychology from Europe and Australia. She has specialist training in organizational psychology, relationship counselling, Gestalt therapy and Systemic Constellation Work. In her work she draws from many different theoretical frameworks to be able to find "what helps" in any particular situation, with any particular client. Her experience is in individual and group therapy, trauma work, cross-cultural work and constellation work applied to family and organizational systems. 

Since first introduced to the Systemic Constellation Work in 1995, all areas of her personal and professional life have been inspired by it. Alemka has trained extensively in Germany with Bert Hellinger, the originator of SCW and other leading practitioners of this work: J. Hemming, J. Schneider , G. Weber, A. Mahr, G. Baxa, H. Beaumont & I. Kutschera. She has been using this approach in individual therapy with figurines for many years. Together with husband Max, she co-facilitates workshops and offers training , as well as individual consulting sessions.

 

Alemka’s passion for Constellation Work is reflected through her facilitation, her translations of Hellinger’s works to Croatian, as well as her contributions to the International Constellations Journal “The Knowing Field”.

MAX DAUSKARDT

Constellation Practitioner

Max Dauskardt  has trained extensively with Bert Hellinger and leading international trainers in Europe, Israel, USA, Asia  and Australia. Max has been conducting constellation workshops and individual sessions for a number of years and has been instrumental in the development of constellation training opportunities in Australia. He has conducted Constellation workshops in many Australian cities, NZ, USA and Germany. Max’s style is enriched by his varied life experiences and his first hand knowledge of other cultures.

Max's commitment to the constellation work has been reflected through his extensive ongoing training and his participation at major international constellation events. Max has also been instrumental in creating training opportunities for others in Australia as well as in Europe.
